Congress did not give nameless, faceless, unelected bureaucrats In OSHA authority to mandate vaccines to anyone let alone the state and locally funded Flat Rock Playhouse. By requiting Vaccine Passports, the Flat Rock Playhouse that receives our tax dollars, discriminates against us, violates our individual rights, our medical privacy, and the rule of law. Don’t fund their fascism. It’s your constitutional duty to deny them our hard-earned tax dollars.
Deny our hard-earned tax dollars to the Flat Rock Playhouse and any other publicly funded entity that violates our inalienable right to privacy and the rule of law. Don’t fund their fascism. If I have to carry a card in my pocket or pass on my phone proving that I was injected by a drug to gain access to a publicly-funded theater, we no longer live in a free society and no longer am I a sovereign of my body. You are funding fascism – the hallmark of communist dictatorships, not a 245-year-old constitutional republic like the U.S.
The Flat Rock Playhouse has stepped beyond its legal authority as a public entity and imposed private medical decisions on tax paying citizens who patronize the NC State Theater. You have a constitutional duty to stop feeding their fascism.
The Flat Rock Playhouse’s Vaccine Passport mandate exceeds the powers the Constitution grants to the federal government and denies individuals due process of law. You fund them, you are violating your sacred oath to uphold our Constitution and betray the citizens you represent. Don’t fund their fascism.
